It can be very helpful to conceptualize, and compartmentalize, a group of tasks. For this drawing, use multiple layers.

  1. Build the image from items located in the back to items in the foreground.
  2. Each element should occupy a separate layer.
  3. Hide, unhide, and lock layers as you construct the drawing, as shown in the two images below.






Exercise 4: Experiment with additional drawing tools.
Recreate the image shown below as best you can.
Use multiple layers in the timeline to separate main elements.
